SEO Image Suite provides image conversion services, including WebP format conversion, AI-powered filename generation, and AI image fill capabilities. Basic features are available without registration, while AI features require a registered account.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To access AI features, you must register for an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Upload illegal, harmful, or inappropriate content
• Attempt to circumvent security measures
• Use the Application for unauthorized commercial purposes
• Interfere with other users' access to the Application
• Upload copyrighted images without proper authorization
• Use automated systems to access the Application without permission

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Your Content

You retain ownership of images you upload. By using the Application, you grant us a temporary license to process your images solely for the purpose of providing our services.

5.2 Our Content

The Application, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by IT Solution Pte Ltd and protected by intellectual property laws.

6. AI Features

AI-powered features use third-party services (OpenAI). Results may vary and we do not guarantee the accuracy or suitability of AI-generated filenames or image fills. You are responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated content.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, IT Solution Pte Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Application.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Application.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Application at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Application after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
